Privacy Policy

This is a reference and news site for web developers and testers working with EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act. It is not a commercial product, and it's built to collect as little data as possible.

What we collect

Nothing beyond what's needed to serve the pages you request. This site has:

  • no user accounts or logins
  • no cookies used for tracking or advertising
  • no analytics that build a profile of you across visits
  • no forms that collect personal data, other than an optional contact method if you choose to report an issue

Hosting logs

Like any website, our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard technical request logs (e.g. IP address, requested URL, timestamp) as part of delivering the site and keeping it secure. We don't access these for any purpose beyond operating and troubleshooting the site.

Content sources

News and timeline entries on this site link out to external sources (courts, ombudsman offices, monitoring bodies, standards bodies). Visiting those external links is subject to their own privacy practices, not ours.

Changes to this policy

If what this site collects ever changes, this page will be updated to reflect that honestly — we won't retroactively justify data collection that isn't already described here.
